When should I book my party? 
We recommend booking your event as far in advance as possible to ensure that we will have availability for the character of your choice as well as your desired date and time. We recommend clients to reach out to us about booking 3-6 weeks before your event. If you reach out to us to book an event within 7 days, we will charge an additional $50 last-minute fee.

What do I do if I want a Character you don’t have listed?
We are always looking to expand our character options! While we may not be able to accommodate every request, please send us a message or email with your requested character so that we know of your interest. 

Which areas do you serve?
My Magical Memory services all areas surrounding Bryan-College Station, Texas. However, please note you may be subject to an additional mileage fee depending on distance between the exact party location and our headquarters in College Station, Texas. 

What is your mileage fee
We can check the distance for you when you book with us. We will travel up to 20 miles for events with no travel charge to you. Any parties located between 21 miles to 35 miles from us have a $20.00 trip charge.  Any parties located between 36 miles to 50 miles from us have a $40.00 trip fee. Anything over 50 miles up to 60 miles is a $50.00 travel fee and a 1-hour minimum visit must be booked. Email us for pricing over 60 miles. 

How do I book and pay for my event?
You can either fill out the form on the Contact Us page or send us a separate email at events@mymagicalmemory.com!  To reserve the date, time and character for your event, a $50-$100 deposit is due upon booking.  

Can I tip my Character Performer?
You may tip your Character Performer through PayPal, Venmo, or cash! Gratuity is not expected, but always GREATLY appreciated.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept credit and debit cards via Swipe Simple or Check

Is it possible to reschedule my event?
Things happen that can be out of our control! But don’t fret: If your child gets sick, or there is another emergency/situation, we would love to reschedule your party for another date and time. However, if you cancel after booking, your deposit will not be refunded. Our Character Performers have cleared their schedules to work at your event and need to be compensated for their time. 

Can I leave the Character Performer to babysit the kids at my event?
Our Character Performers focus on providing magical entertainment and personal interactions for your guests! However they are not there to babysit or discipline any child who is overexcited or misbehaving. We ask that adult guests supervise their children at all times, and we encourage the parents to observe and interact with the Character Performer as well!

Do you have your own party space?
No, we are a fully mobile party company and we travel to you! The parties we attend are typically held in private homes, public parks, entertainment spaces, and event venues.
