What can I expect from my Character Performer?
Each Character Performer has experience working with children, has background in either acting, singing or dancing, and their goal is to bring high quality entertainment to your event, making sure every guest has a magical experience!
When should my Character Performer arrive?
The character(s) you choose for your event arrives PROMPTLY 30 minutes after your party starts, just in case of any late arrivals for the special occasion. As soon as they arrive, the Character will take charge in all things magic until the time they leave! You can review all of the party package options here.

What do I do if I want a Character you don’t have listed?
We are always looking to expand our character options! If you have a request, we are more than happy to try our best to accommodate!
Which areas do you serve?
My Magical Memory services all areas surrounding Bryan-College Station. However, please note you may be subject to an additional mileage fee depending on the exact location you are from the party performer.
How do I book and pay for my event?
You can either fill out the form on the Contact Us page, give us a call, or send us a separate email! To reserve the date, time and character for your event, either your full payment is due upon booking (for packages under $100) or a $50 deposit is required for packages over $100. A PayPal invoice will be sent to the email you provide, and once we receive payment, you have officially booked your Character Performer for your event! If paying your remaining balance by credit or debit card via online invoice, the remaining balance is due 2 DAYS before the event. If you are paying the remaining balance in cash, please have it ready in an envelope to give to the Character at the door when they are leaving the event.
Can I tip my Character Performer?
If you believe the performer has exceeded your expectations, then feel free to tip! Gratuity is not expected, but GREATLY appreciated.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash or credit/debit card (via online invoice email billing).
How will I receive confirmation of my event?
Once a party is booked, an email confirmation will provide in full detail the itinerary for your event!
Is it possible to reschedule my event?
Things happen that can be out of our control! But don’t fret: If your child gets sick, or there is another emergency/situation, we would love to reschedule your party for another date and time. However, if you cancel after booking, your deposit will not be refunded. Our Character Performers have cleared their schedules to work at your event and need to be compensated for their time.
What am I still responsible/liable for at my event?
Since our performers are not caretakers or babysitters, strictly just entertainment, we must ask you that ALL CHILDREN need to be supervised by a parent adult at all times. My Magical Memory cannot be held responsible for any injuries/illnesses that may occur while the performer is at your home or on public property.
